I agree to pay all costs associated with attending Loyola Marymount University (LMU)/Loyola Law School (LLS), including all tuition, fees, assessments, fines and other debts owed to LMU/LLS.

I agree to abide by all policies listed in the University Bulletin and the LMU Community Standards Handbook/LLS Student Handbook and corresponding web pages.

I understand that all fees and costs are due and payable at the time of tuition assessment.

I understand that if full financial payment and/or agreed payment arrangements (financial aid or payment agreement) have not been made by the due date, a hold may be placed on my record, restricting me from registering or receiving my diploma until the account is paid in full.

I understand that a payment agreement with LMU/LLS constitutes an extension of credit on the part of the University and as such, if not already in file, I must provide the Registrar's Office with my social security number and all other necessary and/or required documentation.

I understand that tuition refunds or cancellations are made in accordance with the refund schedule in the University Bulletin, and only after an official withdrawal or leave of absence from the University has been processed by the Registrar's Office.

In the event of a payment default or non-payment, I understand that I am also responsible for payment of the full cost and expenses of collection including, without limitation, interest, reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs. I further understand that any payment default on my educational indebtedness will be reported to national credit bureaus.

I waive any applicable statute or period limiting the time within which a complaint may be filed in the event of my default of my educational obligations.

I understand that all official correspondence will be sent to me via my University issued email account, which is the University's primary means of communication.

I acknowledge that as a full-time student (enrolled in 12 or more units), I may not work in excess of twenty (20) hours per week during any Fall or Spring semester.

I authorize Loyola Marymount University (LMU)/Loyola Law School (LLS) and its agents and contractors to contact me at my current and any future cellular phone number(s), email address(es) or wireless device(s) regarding my delinquent student account(s)/loan(s), any other debt I owe to Loyola Marymount University (LMU)/Loyola Law School (LLS), or to receive general information from Loyola Marymount University (LMU)/Loyola Law School (LLS).

I authorize Loyola Marymount University (LMU)/Loyola Law School (LLS) and its agents and contractors to use automated telephone dialing equipment, artificial or pre-recorded voice or text messages, and personal calls and emails, in their efforts to contact me.

Furthermore, I understand that I may withdraw my consent to call my cellular telephone by submitting my request in writing to the applicable contractor or agent contacting me on behalf of Loyola Marymount University (LMU)/Loyola Law School (LLS).
